Setting up some free, casual group rope workout sessions right here in London is something I’ve wanted to be able to do for a long time.
Since 2015 I’ve been coaching and providing tutorials online, but I’m now able to carve out the time to get some people together to just let loose and do some jump rope training, working together and achieving new levels of rope mastery. I have so many insights and training hacks I want to share that will be game-changing, but it's difficult to do so through videos, where there's no direct feedback and in-person conversation.
One thing is, I know we’re all scattered across different locations and have different lifestyles, so I need you to help me gather some quick info to make it work best for all.
I wanted to use this Rope Rage blog post to give further details, so first, here’s a quick outline of what’s in store:
The sessions will be 1 hour to 1.5 hours long
Every session will look at a different focus technique as well as doing some team challenges and related coordination drills
The sessions will be lively and high-energy
Everyone will learn something to make them an improved rope athlete.
Now, all that’s needed is some info from YOU:
Which area of London are you based?
Which days of the week work best for you? (give 3 days if you can, starting with the most convenient day and ending with the least convenient)
Which time of day do you prefer to train? (morning, afternoon, evening).
Do your best to get back to me with your answers to the above questions as soon as you can; the plan is to get started in early July and kick off the summer hard!
