1) NEW 24 HOUR EXPRESS SHIPPING (UK ONLY)

First off, you can now place your order for delivery the next working day. (At the moment, this is for UK orders only.)

To do this, just click the drop-down menu at checkout and select 24 Hour Shipping. Place your order before 2 pm UK time and it will be shipped to you within 24 hours.

5) I'M MISSING SOME ITEMS IN MY ORDER EMAIL... Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock for your final checkout, as other customers may order the same item before you complete your order.

If an item you've ordered goes out of stock, your purchase will be refunded and any remaining items of your order will be dispatched. There's a chance that if you order multiple items, your orders will be despatched separately. You will not be charged more for separate shipping, just keep an eye out for dispatch messages.

As always, we will notify you by email beforehand.

6) CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes! You'll be able to make changes to your order within one day of placing it, if needed. This includes changing sizes or colours, adding products, or altering your delivery details.
