As mentioned in a previous blog post, since 2015 I’ve been coaching and providing tutorials online, but I’m glad to now be able to carve out the time to get some people together to just let loose and do some jump rope training, working together and achieving new levels of rope mastery.
Here’s a quick rundown of what the sessions involve:
> The sessions will be 1 hour to 1.5 hours long
> Every session will look at a different focus technique as well as doing some team challenges and related coordination drills
> The sessions will be lively and high-energy
> Everyone will learn something to make them an improved rope athlete.
